Private Party General Information
We have two private rooms in which you can reserve your event. We do not charge an additional room fee like many other restaurants. Flowers may be purchased for an additional charge.
Social Room
Features built-in slide screen and phone jack. This room is perfect for smaller,intimate parties or business meetings. Seats up to 40 people. Mimimum requirement to reserve this room is 25 people.
Atrium
This glassed-in garden-like room is perfect for larger parties or meetings. Seats up to 80 people. Minimum requirment of 40 people to book this room.
Menu Selection
Your menu selections need to be complete seven days prior to your event date. Several options are available for alcoholic beverages.
Attendance Guarantee
To assist in planning your event, we require an attendance guarantee five days prior to your event. Attendance guarantee is not subject to reduction. If no change is made in the original number, then we will assume that nothing has changed. You will be charged for a Gift Certificate for each person below the agreed number based on your average check. You may give away or use these gift certificates as you please, however the gift certificates may not be used to pay the party bill.
Attendance Guarantee also applies to room minimum requirements.
Deposits and Gratuity
A credit card deposit is required to reserve either room. This deposit will hold the room for you, and it will not be processed unless you cancel. Once made, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will also be used if any damages are caused by a member of your party. Any un-paid tab will also be deducted from this deposit.Deposits go as such:
Parties of 25 to 40 require $50 deposit
Parties of 40 to 60 require $100 deposit
Parties over 60 require $150 deposit
All party bills must be one check only and a gratuity of 20% will be added to the bill.
Due to the nature of the business, all party menu prices are subject to change without notice.
Buffets are based on average servings. If you feel your party will need more than you ordered, then more can be provided at an extra cost.
Due to Health Department regulations, no outside food or drink is allowed. Also, by law, no outside alcoholic beverages allowed.
